Bins and sub-locations
A bin can represent a toolbox drawer, cabinet, tote, shelf or other storage spot inside a location. You can create as many as your setup needs.
QR labels
Print a QR label for a bin. The QR points to that bin while the items inside it can change, so you do not need a new code every time contents change.
Inventory backup
Download a JSON backup and restore it later. This is the full inventory backup format, separate from CSV and Excel reports.
CSV and Excel
CSV provides a flat inventory export. Excel creates a Summary plus one sheet per place, including item, brand, model, product number, type, location, sub-location, quantity, serial, barcode, condition, estimated value, purchase date, warranty date and notes.
Insurance Report
The Insurance Report includes item photos, item/brand/model, quantity, location/sub-location, serial number, estimated value and the total estimated value of the inventory.
