Live sync
When you are signed in with Cloud, your Tool Inventory data can stay synced between devices using the same account. Navigation state is device-specific and is not synced.
Cloud backups
You can also create manual recovery backups. Tool Inventory keeps backup history and lets you restore a saved backup. Your local inventory remains on the device unless you choose a restore.
How do I share an inventory with someone else?
Open the inventory you want to share, then go to Manage → Share Inventory. Enter the other person’s Tool Inventory account email, choose Crew, Manager or View only, then send the invite or copy the invite link.
Access control
The owner can remove access. A recipient can leave a shared inventory. Shared inventories appear as another top inventory tab and do not count toward the recipient's personal place limit.
Cloud is required for inventory sharing.
