Add equipment
Equipment can be tracked in Machine Maintenance, and an existing inventory item can be added to Service. Each machine has a location and an hours or kilometres meter.
Scheduled service
Create service schedules with a name, interval and parts/supplies list. An interval of 0 creates a seasonal/no-meter service. Tool Inventory shows Due Soon, Due, Overdue and current status.
Complete a service
A current meter reading is required. The reading cannot be lower than the machine's existing reading. Completion is saved to service history and the next interval is calculated.
Consumables connection
When Consumables is also enabled, service parts can be linked to stock and deducted when the service is completed.
Repairs
Report a problem with the current meter reading and notes, then complete the repair later with the work performed. Completed repairs stay in history.
