Terms for using ToolInventory

Last updated: September 18, 2026

By creating an account, purchasing a product, or using ToolInventory, you agree to these terms.

Using ToolInventory

You are responsible for the information entered into your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Do not use the service to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, or access another person's account without permission.

Plans and add-ons

ToolInventory may offer free and paid plans, one-time add-ons, and optional recurring services. Features, item or location limits, and compatibility are described at the time of purchase. A purchase provides a licence to use the applicable ToolInventory feature; it does not transfer ownership of the software.

Subscriptions

Recurring services renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal charges; access may continue through the already-paid billing period.

Availability and changes

We work to keep ToolInventory available and useful, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Features may be improved, corrected, replaced, or discontinued. Material changes affecting paid services will be handled reasonably.

Your data and backups

You remain responsible for the accuracy and suitability of information you enter. Where export or backup tools are provided, keeping appropriate copies of important business or inventory records is recommended.

Liability

ToolInventory is an organizational tool and is not a substitute for professional accounting, safety, maintenance, insurance, or legal records where those are required. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
